You know how I've been talking about "Baby Boy" ever since my first ultrasound clearly predicted a boy back in April?
Here's a snippet of what happened in the delivery room at 12:54 this morning...
Doctor: And...it's a girl!
Me: WHAT?!?!
Doctor: It's a girl. See?
Me: WHAT?!?!
Doctor: Yup. Definitely a girl.
Me *turning to Hubby in shock*: All we have is blue stuff at home!
Here she is! Announcing my as-yet unnamed baby girl (It took us 9 months to figure out a boy's name...all that work for nothing!). She weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces at birth.
Happy birthday, Baby Girl!
You can read her birth story here.

ReplyDeleteOur "Abigail" loves blue! Good thing, too. We headed to the hospital expecting "James." But, Abigail means "my father rejoices" and he was truly overjoyed to get her.
